The workshops are free but bookable, and are specifically for people who can take part in the Diwali Lantern Parade on the evening of Saturday 14 October.

For this Manchester Breweries and Brewtaps tour you'll start at Piccadilly Station before taking in a number of exciting places around the Piccadilly area, all serving beer straight from the source and serving excellent street food.

Includes a Musical Challenge sung intros round by Lucy Hope.

The Art Walks, that are included in the Journeys Festival programme, are guided walks which offer to the audience the opportunity to learn more about the stories behind the Look Up artworks.

Owner of Mowgli restaurants, TV personality and Food Writer, Nisha Katona will be sharing her skills at her first MFDF cookery demo, and will be signing copies of her new book The Spice Tree.

Manchester Hall, the Grade II listed building will be transformed into a stunning and unique space hosting this years Big Indie Wine Fest which returns to the Festival as one of the most popular events.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own food to share, whilst light bites will also be available from the Caf in the Garden.
